I know, what we had done before with Live Messenger wouldn't have worked well. Copilot was pretty simple all around.

Stumbled across your site looking for a solution to a problem I was having with databinding a Checkbox in a DataList/Repeater. Saw your site and it made me stop and think... If I ever get the opportunity to try and maintain my own personal blog (I'm too ashamed list the one I have now) I would like it to encompass my skills as a developer, my hobbies and most importantly my faith! It's a blessing to see a colleague that shares their faith in the hustle and bustle of solving other's computer needs! I admire that and just felt the need to thank you for that.

Why am I saying that here? Well the other point I wanted to share is that we use a tool called UltraVNC -- I'm sure you've heard of it; a free tool to download and use. I downloaded the Single Click version and tailored it to help my family and friends with computer issues. You basically create a custom executable and then provide that to the person you are helping (I zipped it up and attached it in an email and then have them run it). Once they run it, they can essentially connect to the listener service you have running on your computer and you then can perform any services required just as if you were sitting in front of their computer. I don't typically advocate software, but I've found this useful and relatively easy to use once you have created the custom exe. You may want to check it out to avoid being nickled and dimed with Copilot. I've never pesonally used Copilot, so take this suggestion/tip for what it is worth.
