I've known for a while that in XP you cannot connect to IIS6 servers (Server 2003) using XP's Management Console.  I would just use remote desktop or something.  Yesterday I tried again and was reminded that I couldn't connect to IIS6 from XP but was told that I needed to install the IIS6 Manager for XP...I don't remember seeing that before.  With the link you can download a snap-in for XP so you can connect to IIS6 machines.  Luckily I can still add it as a snap-in to my regular MMC which keeps track of TS and SQL as well.  Now I'm ready to go.

A quick Google brought up Ryan's blog which had the link that I needed.
