Jorriss was talking about shoes and he posted a few links that I followed and man they took me down memory lane.  I've never seen myself as a shoe-head.  I like shoes but I guess it's more of old days syndrome than anything else.  With so many retro shoes on the market it just reminds me of my days in Jr. High and High School and when stuff like that seemed to matter more.  I just bought a pair of shoes a few weeks ago and I knew I wanted to go a little retro.  You know, get those shoes that your Mom wouldn't let you when she was paying for them because they were too expensive.  These are the ones I really wanted to get.  Don't laugh!  Why did I want these?  Probably because these were the pair of shoes in that I wanted the most but never got.  They are just neat and clean and not to mention the hottest shoe at the time.  Man, the memories.  I wish I could forget these though.  These aren't exactly what I had (no NYC logo) but the same colors.  My school colors were black and gold, not yellow but gold and we wore these during basketball season.  Man that was ugly!

I still didn't get aforementioned pair of Jordans because I'm older now and didn't make much sense.  I did get somewhat of a classic I guess - Air Max LTD and they were on sale too.  LOL.
