Operation Christmas Child 2005

Operation Christmas Child is a wonderful charity that we've been supporting for several years.  This year my wife wrote a blog post about it and even some pictures of the kids preparing the shoe box gifts.

You're absolutely correct here! My wife is involved in coordinating her MOPS program (Mothers of Preschoolers), and that's one of her favorite parts. Everyone in the program got one together this year.

She first put together a box two years ago, I think. She did it last year too, and this year, it was a great chance for her to teach our 3 year old daughter about giving. My daughter had a blast helping pick out what should go in the box and helping put it all together.

No blog for my wife though. :-(

Hey Joel, thanks for stopping by.  We (meaning my wife) is involved in MOPS as well and loves it.

Sorry to hear about the blog situation with your wife. Smile  My blogging fed into my wife's and now she's more active than I am.  She's got the skills for writing while I just hack my way through and post about neat or interesting things from time to time.
