So what do you have faith in?

It is weird that the term "faith" loses its meaning in everyday use.  Not until I read it again this morning from Hebrews 11:1 did I again realize what "faith" means to me - ..faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.  It's very easy to lose faith with everyday issues since it normally relates to having faith in people or things, even things we cannot control.  IMO, that is why unbelievers find it so hard to believe that they can have absolute faith in the living God because this world fails them time and time again and they think the only thing they can have faith in is themselves.
