If you have friends, are a friend, or want good friends I urge you to either watch or listen to Ed Young's current talk called "Stepping Up".  It hits all of us no matter who we are, where we've been, or where we want to go.  If you have kids or want to have kids one day then I suggest you listen to this talk as it deals with that aspect too.

Who are your friends?  Whose are they?  Where are they going?  Friends matter!  They say if you want to know who you are then just look at your friends because they are a direct reflection of you.  Also Mom and Dad, your kids' friends will mirror your friends.  Who is in your inner-circle?
